On template is only allow itil assignment group

Hello there,

On the incident template, I want the assignment group to show only the ITIL assignment group to be displayed.  Should I create onLoad script to handle it?

I agree with @AshishKM. Templates are used to set specific values in a record. For example, when using an incident template, you can see fields like the assignment group. What you're looking for doesn't seem like a suitable use case. Please reconsider the requirement again.
