Onboarding azure devops through devops change velocity

Hi community,

I am trying to onboard Azure DevOps through DevOps change velocity. But when I try to do the same in the workspace, it throws the following error. Can we integrate without creating any project just with the home Url?

@Madhan27 Can you elaborate a bit more on your use case?  Unito's 2-way integration for ServiceNow and Azure DevOps can sync ServiceNow records to Azure DevOps work items as long as the work items exist in a project.

Here are some use cases that might be ideal depending on your needs:

  • Syncing work items (bugs, tasks, features) from ADO to ServiceNow in bulk: This includes details like assignee name, state/status fields, task descriptions, ticket numbers, project names, etc.
  • Filtering & Customization: You can create highly customized workflows with a point-and-click solution that adapts to your specific projects and tables. For example, you can add rules to sync only records or work items that include specific assignees, are in a specific state or status, etc.
  • Real-time 2-way updates: You can also link fields between your work items and records so that changes in one update the other and vice-versa automatically.

If you'd like to speak further, you can book a meeting with our integration team.

Hi @Madhan27 ,

We support Azure DevOps via DevOps Change velocity whose URL would be like dev.azure.com (ex: https://dev.azure.com/testorganization001/sampleProject or https://dev.azure.com/testorganization001/ )

But, we don't support Azure or Azure Active Directory which seems like you're configuring that based on the url you're providing. (as it is portal.azure.com and not dev.azure.com)

Hope the above information resolves your query. If the response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting "Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

If not, or if you have any more queries, do list them down, so that we can further discuss on it, Thanks.
