onChange script was called again when submit

I have an onChange script that pop up an alert message when target field was chaned.

but the message was pop up again when i submit.

So i know that the onChange script was run again when submitting.

I don not know why . help please.

it is my script .it not run every time when i submit.just sometime.i can't get the rule.

did you check any onSubmit script is setting value to that field and that might be triggering the onChange

please share the onSubmit scripts you have on your form
