One Click Actionable Message Survey

Hi I am looking for a way to embed an image into the One Click Actionable message. I have the backup notification templated with image already. I just cant see where to add any image via the Survey

No sorry that doesn't work for the One click Actionable Survey.  FYI One Click Actionable Survey only works when using Outlook and when the email is recieved in another email tool it falls back to a Notification Template which is easy to setup the images with.
