OOB Inbound Action: Update Approval Request not working

I have created an approval notification for KB article on sysapproval_approver table and I when I reply to the email[Subject and Body has approve keywords] that I received while testing approval is not approved. BTW, I'm also approver for that article and replied to the correct email(checked watermark as well).

 

 

 

Logs in received email showing as: Skipping script 'Update Approval Request', email is a reply, and the record it matches is not in the Inbound Email Action's table
