OOTB Bug within Related Records SOW?

The related list is configured correctly but the Incident Task tab will not show up unless there is at least one task. This behavior does not match the other OOTB tab options nor is this the behavior that is desired for our users. I've tried digging in and have not had success leveraging Google or our Enterprise ChatGPT.
Please advise. Screenshots included.

this might be due to “Omit if empty” is set to true.

in native ui it is under list control for a particular related list, in SOW i am not sure.

go to sow, navigate to the list and then click your profile in top right corner and there should be “configure workspace” and eventually some related links.

The idea of omit is true is helpful. I have gone through everything in that Related List but we are also having internal errors with all of UI Builder since our upgrade to Yokohama so what I need may be "hidden" due to that. I appreciate the direction on omit though, that may allow me to find what I need outside of UI Builder. Thanks!

I’m not that experienced with ui builder so perhaps the omit is shot to darkness but one never knows..

let me know your progress, could be cool to learn how to achieve this
