I want to have the options like 'Open Incidents' and 'Closed Incidents' on the Incidents list view on the Service Portal.
We have the widget 'Data Table from instance definition' on which I need the above options to filter the list.
Please find the screenshot for more clarity:
1. Either two buttons with Open and Closed
2. Or a dropdown with Open and Closed
Can someone please advise how I can achieve this?
I know I can clone an existing widget and configure it, but I appreciate if any of you have already did something similar and If you can share the code/solution please?
