Open Record "i" icon and search icon not working in Configurable Workspace

I’m experiencing an issue in my Workspace where I’m unable to open a record or search for a record when clicking the “ i ”  icon or the search icon.

 

I have attached the relevant screenshot/file for reference.


For additional context, I am currently located in Yokohama.

 

Any suggestions on what could be happening and where all I should look to try and figure this out.
