So customer wants (on Incident form) to have a button (Openframe config) which will invoke call. It should be somethink like this. I click on phone icon and when user have 2 numbers it show me them and i can decide which number i want to call. Then it should open new tab in browser with "tel:<user_phone_number>". Customer has OpenFusion as app to manage calls. Is there any way to do that? I only found ways with Twilio, etc. But i dont want to go this way. And customer wants to have it not fully custom.
