Order catalog item( Create request ) using Virtual agent

hi

I have a requirement in which I need to order a catalog item instead of giving the link of the catalog item.

I am trying the same using Utilities Create action and then I am adding the field values inside.

Request and RITM gets created correctly.

I wanted to check on the workflow part as I am not very sure if it will attach and work correctly.

Any advice on this one please?

Hi there,

That's a good catch from Omkar. If it's Global, you can just use the API. Though if it's scoped, unfortunately you would need to script it out. It is possible, though a lot more work and testing. Also checkout the URL Omkar pasted, it's about a comment I made on a similar topic.

If still help needed, I can paste fresh working code about generating RITM's (scoped) thru Virtual Agent.
