Order guide Link not working

Hi,
In our Techspot portal, we have AI search. When an order guide is searched, all the results related to that will be displayed. So, when clicking the exact Order guide, it does nothing. The link is not working. But, when we search for a catalog item or a record producer and click the link, it is redirecting to the correct page. The issue is only with the order guide.

In the above photo, "Xfinity store Hardware Requests" is an order guide, when I click it, it does nothing. But at the same time, when I click the next item - Xfinity store Accessories which is a catalog item, it is redirecting to the correct page.

Hello,

 

My first guess is that you do not have an entry in the Search Results Action area. Entries are here for out-of-the-box portals but if this is a custom one it may not be picked up properly. I would look here to see if there is an entry for sc_cat_item_guide and mirror that for your portal. Make sure everything matches and aligns as if something is off somewhere in the setup it may not work proerly or you get redirected to the dreaded "id=form" URL which you do not want either.
