i hope u r all ok.
I am created an order guide for the first time and i am facing an issue.
The order guide has 3 catalogue items (a, b, c) that need to run in specific order.
Order
A runs immediatelly (this item has 2 approvals and a task created after second approval)
B and C should run once the catalogue task for A is created.
issue
i cannot configure this flow in snow.
What i did is as follows
- created line 1 for item A running immediately
- created line 2 for B and C. Both run immediately but they have a condition where state from task in A is "open"
unfortunately did not work and B and C are set to skipped.
any ideas on how to do this?
