Hi Family,

How do I remove catalog item field based on selecting the some other variable from order guide??

Actual Requirement is : 

Remove the business justification field when request is submitted for Internet access only.

So to understand clearly internet access field is on ur order guide n business justification on ur catalog item?

Please let me know if my understanding is correct?

Both field from item only.

Hi @Bheemaraju Vagu ,

Then unfortunately no if both fields are present in catalog item u need to create the policy on that catalog item only in order to achieve the expected behaviour.

If that catalog item will not be individually used then u can go ahead n create the policy in that item. 

Else other way round would be to create a copy of that catalog item give it some different name compared to 1st ,add 1 in order guide in which u can create a policy & other keep it for single use n instruct the customer that only 2nd catalog item should be used for single use.

This is just a workaround which I would not recommend as efforts n probability of error when used by client will be high.
