Out-of-the-Box Solution for Approver-Creator Communication in ServiceNow Approval Process

Background: 
We have an approval workflow configured in ServiceNow where approvers need to request additional information or clarification from the ticket creator before making an approval decision for a custom table record.

Requirement: 
I'm looking for an out-of-the-box (OOB) solution where:

  1. An approver can directly contact the ticket creator to request more details about an approval ticket
  2. The creator receives a notification about the information request
  3. The creator can respond back to the approver with the requested details
  4. The approver is notified when the creator provides the information

    Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!!!
