Outbound email configuration is not working in PDI

Hi All,

 

For some requirement testing i wanted to send emails to my personal email. So, i tried to enable outbound email configuration from email properties and tried to generate the emails.

Also added my personal email in email properties page.

But i am not able to receive emails to my personal email.

Any possible reasons why i am not able to receive???

BTW pdi was a fresh new instance.

There is no official announcement or documentation by ServiceNow. They have just disabled in in the past month or so on PDI.

Servicenow has disabled this feature on pdi instances

Hello,

 

As mentioned by s7 ServiceNow has disabled the functionality. Earlier we could enable it from Email properties but now it is permamnently disabled.

So now there is no way to enable this.
