Thank you, your answer was helpful but we are looking for a way to integrate or pull our Outlook Calendar Events (Vacation, Absences etc) with the Servicenow Team, and My Calendars so that our users can view on ServiceNow.

I read through the Calendar Integration article but what I mostly found was just the ability to push change and incident requests through emails.

Essentially what we need is our Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook Calendar integrated with ServiceNow New York.

but it will be complex to implement. Plus, I don't understand the importance of pulling Outlook calendar on

Servicenow calendar because Outlook is there to serve different purpose and servicenow calendar is there

Sorry for the confusion.  Yes, after reading through I understand that the scope of what I'm asking for isnt possible. Do you think you can point me in the right direction for creating an Absence/Vacation Calendar on Servicenow?
