Overview Tab showing up when clicked on New button in all the lists for the Risk/Audit/Compliance WS

Hello,

 

Our instance has been upgraded to Xanadu recently and due to this we are facing an issue in our Risk/Audit/Compliance workspace.

Whenever a user Navigates to the Audit/Risk/Compliance workspace and tries to click on new in any of the list, for ex: Risk events, Issues, Entities etc. The overview Tab is also shown along with the Details tab and the overview tab seems to be empty.

I even validated the UX screen conditions for these Overview tab seems to be same as the OOB one, but we do get this tab.

Any help would be appreciated
