Ownership Group on Knowledge Article(kb_knowledge) is hidden

Hi All,

I wanted to show the hidden field "Ownership Group" field on kb_knowledge (knowledge article) table.

Since I was able to accomplish it via setting the system property "glide.knowman.ownership_group.enabled to true".

It worked in Lower instance but it didn't in Prod.

Hello

Is that a custom field? I don't see it in the OOB instance. 

If the field is still hidden, check if there any UI Policies or Client Scripts which might hide the Ownership Group field.

Please hit correct or helpful if this resolves your issue.

Do you already have "Knowledge Management Advanced" plugin and "Knowledge Management Advanced Installer" plugin installed?

If so, do the following steps to display  "Ownership Group"  column 

1. Open "kb_knowledge.list" from Application Navigator to display knowledge list.
2. Click on Update Personalize List icon.
   
3. Add "Ownership Group"
   
4. "Ownership Group" column is added to the list
