Hello,
I have two jobs that run to collect yesterdays change success data and the other does the last 30 days. Most of the related indicators are out of the box and show the different priorities of incidents. Everything has the assignment group breakdown.
The problem is this:
This one indicator has 1 as it's job count when all the others have 2. When I go into that record it shows 2 jobs associated with it, like this:
About half an hour ago, one of the jobs showed "False" in the Active field and I didn't know what to do. I was able to get it to show "True" by editing the pa_job_indicators record in List View. As you can see, it still shows as active but I guess something else is wrong somewhere as it only seems to be registering the fact there is 1 active job.
Is there an official way to set a PA Job Indicator to Active or is this indicative of a more complex problem?

Historical Jobs are meant to run-on-demand, as they will over-write existing scores. And the state of the record fields can change over time and lead to in-accurate results.

So you mean that I shouldn't worry about this? I thought about the On Demand status but all of the other On Demand indicators still show 2 x Job Count.
I guess the proof is in the pudding. I've set up some results which I hope to get tomorrow AM. We'll see.
Thank you Bert.

Hi @Andrew Bettcher ,
yes, don’t worry about the job count. that is not important. the important thing is that you don’t have two jobs running at the same time for the same automated indicator, as this can lead to wrong data.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
