i got this requirement from my one of clint he told me to create KIP for SLA compliance rate so i just wanted to know what is SLA complince

What do you mean by SLA compliance, like how many sla met or breached? You can create the indicator by using the Task SLA table.

Hi @prerits
It seems by mistake you accepted your own solution instead of mine. Also, SLA compliance, if I understand correctly, means determining how many cases met the SLA and how many were breached. That can be done. You can create an indicator and add a calculation for 'Has Breach' as true or false.
