Page Route Map Not Working

I don't know why but when I submit a ticket, it does not redirect to nr_ticket even though I created a Page Route Map

Hi @Dark Kei 

is it a record producer?

 

if so, please check the Script field whether there is no redirect in that field. I can imagine that this script field could be "stronger" than this route map.
