Pass a parameter to a report filter via URL

Is is possible to pass a parameter to an existing ServiceNow report via the URL and then access the parameter in the report filter condition?

I have a field on the Demand form called 'WBS' . It is a reference field . I want to add a link to the demand form which will redirect the user a report on the WBS Actuals (another table with the WBS field ) table with the dynamic filter (WBS = WBS on demand).

Why not take them to some UI page and pass the Demand value as URL parameter and then UI page will display the data.
