How to pass data from one RITM record to another RITM record by using OOTB functionality

Iam having two catalog items , iam requesting one catalog item then automatically another catalog item is requested automatically , which two are not in same request number , Now from one RITM record to another RITM record i need to pass data like i need to pass field data . The second catalog item is triggered by using flow design .
