Hi,
I have configured every thing in password reset process but still process is failing. Below is the configuration that I did :-
But when I run this process first step runs fine
but in second step it says "The process is not active" but as it can be seen process active is checked.
When I do this on my dev instance it works fine but when I do this on client's machine it causes this error. Can someone please let me know what is wrong that is causing this issue.

Found the issue. This issue was created because of the upgrade. To resolve this issue, I reverted $pwd_error page to previous version.

Yes, every thing is configured as per process only. Strange thing is, it is working on my dev instance but not on client instance.
And when the process is active as you can see in the first screen shot then what's the point of UI stating "The process is not active". Had the process not been active it would not have triggered the Identify stage.
