Password reset with sms verification

Hi,
I'm trying to use password reset functionality in my personal instance and trying to use both SMS verification and QA verification. when i verified the device for SMS verification it is not sending a pin number to the device, instead i'm receiving an email with pin number, is there anything i need to do in order to get the pin number in my mobile device ?

Hi All,
Anyone has idea on this ? i'm trying to enroll a user for password reset application, when i'm verifying the mobile device it is showing code was sent to the device, but i didn't receive any message to my device, below I've provided the screen shot of the error. Please let me know your inputs on this.
below image is the email log which is sending the password reset verification code.

Hi Vamsi,
Are you sure you didn't have the glide.email.test.user property set with an email? If this was the case the email would be send to those emails rather to the mobile_phone@tmomail.net.
