Payload is returning empty obj[]

In Flow there is one apptrack payload which is not working as expected.

payload is returning obj[] and it is returning empty.

please suggest something so that I can fix this.

your step shows success but how are you returning the output?

are you invoking subflow?

the error clearly says the Lookup failed.

Did you debug that subflow?
