PDF generation with records with related lists and images

I have a record that has an image and few related list items that have images as well. I would like to generate a PDF with certain fields from main record and few fields from the related records(all are of a child table) and image from there. What is the best way to accomplish this?

Did you try to use the OOTB Print capability from the preferences i.e. Printer Friendly

If you want a custom PDF i.e. only some fields from main form and some fields from related list table, then you can use a custom PDF using PDF Generation API
