Essentially this is my problem. The client is entering text whether it be copied with no formatting, or with formatting (which is usually RTF or HTML). When they click on the generate text button their pdf is created but when they open the pdf bullet points have a mind of their own and paragraph spacing is horrendous. It is random as well. Some documents have no issue while others not so much. There is a workaround of getting the user to modify the style of each html style per bullet point or modifying the html in general but most users do not have this knowledge. Adjusting the paragraph spacing can be done by adding additional spaces to the text they are entering and crossing your fingers there are enough spaces to fix the layout.
I am wondering if there is a workaround for this. The client will NOT be training their users to understand html and a lot of them will likely not be modifying text to make it work.
