PDF not downloding properly

Hello Community!

 

We have added a custom Post Incident Report to the Major Incident, but some users the PDF of downloaded report, looks like this :

And at top of the PDF the following message is showing:

Enable Analytics
We are working to improve our user experience by tracking your in-app activity, including your interaction with our app, to improve performance and user
experience.
For more details of how we use your information see : Privacy Statement

 

How to resolve this issue?

Any help would be appreciated!

this is definitely a bug and should be reported.

The reason for the overlaying text is the display of User Experience Analytics consent screen each user will see one time based on configured policies (see https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/administer/user-exp-analytics/tas... )

You also could deactivate the User Experience Analytics completely for your instance (see https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/administer/user-exp-analytics/ref... )
