I have this PDI and login several times a day, everyday. Now I get this message and have no idea about what needs to be done, since the claim that the PDI is inactive, is not true. I have CSA scheduled for next week and need to finish the eBook, where I am on module 5.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

@Peter Pereira This could be a false alarm if you have been using the PDI regularly. However, please take the backup of your data/update set from your PDI and get ready to request for a new PDI instance in case if ServiceNow reclaims your PDI. Unfortunately, there is no official support form ServiceNow for the PDI related issues.

This can be a possible case, SN is migrating 8000+ PDI to the new data center and many of us got emails to release the PDI. So it is better to take the backup daily and keep learning.

I have the same issue.
The blueprint is that I always login using the URL, which is what I learned at in class:
but later found that the proper way is to go to developer.service.com
and use the Start Building button.
I hope this helps.

If I shared my experience, i never go to developer site, I open PDI with devxxxxx in browser directly.
