PDI instance hibernated

My instance has hibernated due to inactivity for 10 days I'm needing to retrieve this any idea as to how?

Hello @Olly Rawnsley ,

If your instance is hibernating, you should get a notice to that effect when you attempt to access it via HTTP. The hibernation page will have a link to the part of the portal you need to load to wake it up. Alternately, if you just load your Manage -> Instance page in the Developer Portal, that will automatically wake your instance if it was hibernating.

Are you sure it is hibernated or its reclaimed. You can login to developer.servicenow.com

Under user profile

You will see option

Wake Up instance.

Hi @Olly Rawnsley ,

if your instance have been reclaimed due to inactivity, then you’re out of luck. Only thing to do is to request a fresh installation and start from scratch unless you have any backup.
