PDI Instance lost

I lost my instance https://dev211496.service-now.com/

I used that instance in a daily basis now I dont understand why is not in my developer profile, I have a lot of work there 

 

how can I restore or get the information of that instance?

Please help me I am very worried

Once a pdi has been taken by Servicenow you can get same pdi again. In short you lost all your work. Also there is no support available by SN for PDI so we can't help much here.

 

Can you share screenshot what error you getting? Id PDI offline or you are not able see any PDI in developer site.

If the PDI is terminated, unfortunately there is no way to get it back . 

Also you know , there is no support available for PDI.

 

Just curious to know what error message your are getting , can you share the error screen shot. Have you received mail that your PDI is getting terminated.

 

Only way you have left in this case if PDI is terminated  i.e Request for new instance.

If your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) was reclaimed, it can’t be restored anymore.
ServiceNow automatically reclaims PDIs after about 10 days of inactivity, which is why it may no longer appear in your developer profile.

For the future, please export/save your work regularly (Update Sets / backups), so you can import it into a new PDI if this happens again.
