PDI is Down / offline

waited 12 hours, still no luck. Can someone help

- First: There is no support for PDI,
- If you can wait, let's wait a while.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make regular backups of your PDI.

Hello @Ashish Kumar SI ,
You can try the following options:
1. Refresh the instance — sometimes this resolves the issue.
2. If that doesn’t work, you may need to release the instance and request a new one (please note that you will lose all your work).
