I have a PDI that I've had for over 10 years and it's available to log in to, but I cannot log into the developer portal anymore to manage it. When I log in to the developer portal now it says to request an instance. I can still navigate to the PDI url, though and it's asking for my credentials. It won't take them anymore. Help?

If you have good luck, get a new PDI and it may redirect to old pdi ( This also happened with many) but now chances are zero for same.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Thanks, I would if I could do any of the things on this page. But, I believe as AG said, it's probably been reclaimed. I log in to my instances 2x per week like clockwork. So, it must have been reclaimed due to DC migration I guess. I wish they'd let me at least keep it with the same URL even if they had to regen.

It's CLOSE TO impossible to reclaim the same PDI ! You would have to give birth to a new one @Kenny Wimberly it's time for it ...
