It’s very common these days. The only option, buddy, is to wait peacefully.

You can try raising a request to Zurich or below and check if it gets allocated. If not, we’ll just need to wait for now.

Please try the below steps:

  1. Login to the ServiceNow Developer site:
    https://developer.servicenow.com

  2. Go to the Manage Instance or Request Instance page and check the current PDI status.

  3. If it is showing Waitlist, do not leave and rejoin the waitlist, because you may lose your current queue position.

  4. Check if another release or version is available. Sometimes the latest version is in waitlist, but an older release may be available faster. You can request the older version and upgrade later if required.

  5. Check your registered email regularly, because ServiceNow will notify you once the PDI is available.

  6. If you already had a PDI earlier and it was inactive for many days, it may have been reclaimed automatically. In that case, you need to request a new PDI.

  7. For PDI issues, normal ServiceNow Support or HI Support usually does not help because PDI is a free developer instance and does not come with standard support.

  8. The recommended option is to use the Developer Site help option. Go to Developer Site, then Manage Instance, then Instance Actions, then Get Instance Help.

  9. You can also post the issue in the ServiceNow Developer Community forum if the waitlist is taking too long.

Hi @SaiMounikaY

If your  your Servicenow Developer PDI  has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up"  or not getting online state for more than 24 hours, then  I will  advice you  to release the instance and request a new one .

In your case, you have already waited for 4 days!

As you know there is no support available for PDI.
