PDI offline for days

Hi, my instance has been offline for a few days. I read the warning on the developer homepage saying they are "experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances" and I'm waiting for it to come back online, but I'm afraid of losing all the progress in the instance. Can someone help?

Hi @João V Freitas

In this case, better release the PDI and get a new one.

Hello @Luiz Lucena

I've been waiting for about a week and nothing has happened. I was about to raise a case in Now Support, but there's no support for PDIs...

I guess all I can do is pray and wait, but for now, I'll keep trying.

I've been unable to "Wake" my PDI for over a week. I would love to not lose months of work.
Nothing quite like loosing tons of practice, examples, and setting up to teach a lesson about regularly backing up.  I thought that was supposed to be one of the LARGEST benefits to SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc.  Having experts maintain the software/hardware.
