PDI Offline / undergoing maintenance

Hey there! I was wondering if anyone else has encountered their PID being unavailable for days (maybe even a couple weeks now) either just offline (check back later...) or undergoing maintenance? I really hate to have to release it and restart it since I had some POC work set up in there but will if I have to. Anyone know how to resolve this without releasing and requesting a new instance?

Hi @jenwickersham ,
There is no way for you to resolve this and there is no help to get from ServiceNow, as there is no support available for PDIs. Your only options is to either wait - it should come online after some time. If you get tired of waiting then release your PDI and request a fresh installation. Please notice, that all work that is not backed up will be lost.
