PDI Stuck in Hibernation

My PDI has been stuck in hibernation since yesterday, and I have been unable to get it to wake up, even after multiple tries.  Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get it to wake up?

Hi @MartiM

 Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

@MartiM log into
http://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

And wake it from there, in my case it is usually faster than navigating directly to the
http://dev292566.service-now.com/login.do

Eventually repeat it over and over, also when I was waiting until the isntance was awaken, I had it in the background tab and it was awaken and because I meanwhile forgot about it due to inactivity it got hibernated again 😄 so be sure you have it in active window while waiting to wake it up

Hi @MartiM ,

There is no support for PDIs. You will need to wait until it wakes up automatically unfortunately.
