PDI Support - Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable message

Looks like the instance support forum that was a part of the dev forum is gone, but the KB i found for instance support hasn't been updated.

instance - dev212638.  has been this way since yesterday.

I faced a similar issue and now my PDI is up and running after about 1 week. Also there is no support for PDI.
