PDI waitist

hello people,

 

i requested a xanadu PDI for the practice purpose almost 24 hrs back and still i'm in the waiting list. is this something normal or any anamoly i have to be worried? please explain.

Have you received your PDI . If not ,its already 2 days over.

Release the instance and request for fresh instance.

 

There is no PDI support provided by ServiceNow. So no one can help here.

Hi @balaaravind,

 

PDI waitlist will be ~24 hours normally, actually PDI availability is capacity-based. There is no guaranteed timeline for waitlist clearance. 

 

Since, you waited more than 24 hours. So, you can request for new instance.
