PDI 'Wake Instance' action always fails

I performed the 'Wake Instance' action because my PDI is in Hibernating state.
However, no matter how many times I try the action, the PDI does not change from the Hibernating state.

Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue?

Much like some of us, it can sometimes take quite a few minutes for an instance to awaken from hibernation.

Are you giving the application time to do what it needs to in the background before clicking on the link again? If not, give it a few minutes. If it still doesn't come good, which release version are you running your PDI in?

Thank you for your reply.
Wake Instance is retrying after about an hour, but the problem is not resolved.

The version is Vancouver

@keijimiki This is clearly a sign that your PDI can no longer be invoked, the only option left is to release the instance and request for a new one as ServiceNow no longer provides support for PDI.

@keijimiki If your PDI does not wake up, give it time. PDIs usually take three to five minutes to wake up and should not take any longer than 20 minutes. If your PDI does not wake up, try again later. If your PDI still does not wake up after trying again later, release the PDI and request a new PDI.
