PDI will not install apps. "credentials cannot be sent to a host other than the configured apprepo"

NO applications will install in my PDI, immediately returning "Unable to download app package" in the UI. I dug into the system logs and found the errors in the attached log, the highlight of which is:

Blocked: credentials cannot be sent to a host other than the configured apprepo: https://appstoreprod.service-now.com/: no thrown error

I guess that makes sense, because the property sn_appclient.repository_base_url is set to https://apprepo.service-now.com/.  The thing is, I didn't set that (it's a default from a fresh PDI) and I can't change it.

What next, ServiceNow?

Didn't see this earlier but confirmed doing this worked for me too.
Now to see if the client's instances they just upgraded to patch 13 is effected.

client instance was okay, so for the moment just on the pdi's.

I've been getting the same on this current pdi for the last couple of days. I released and regenerated to see if it would change anything, which it didn't. The PDI is on Zurich patch 13 and its been the same for multiple applications in very different areas, SecOps and now I have been trying to install the Service Exchange applications.

I have a slightly older PDI on patch 10 of zurich which was fine for installing Service Exchange. I'm upgrading it to patch 13 to see if its related to the patch specifically.

after upgrading my partner pdi to patch 13 from patch 10 i was unable to install Threat intelligence or even update an app.
