Hi @KiranmaiP ,
Not sure about your question. If you have a PDI that has been reclaimed, then no - there is no possibility to get it back. If you have a active PDI and want to open it, go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and open your instance.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi,
If you loose your PDI you cannot get it back, you will need to get a new one.
PDIs usually hibernate , and you need to wake them up. Once you wake it , it take a little time but you will get it back.
Hope this helps.

I am aware that PDIs can't be recovered once reclaimed, but it seems that our instance went into hibernation mode overnight (no warnings/emails) and is still alive (I can still hit one of my custom endpoints), but when I login to my account it's no longer there. So, it seems to be alive (although hibernating) but disassociated from our account.
Is there something going on on the backend that could be causing this?
