People Genius Result not working - AI Search

I have followed the steps outlined in the official documentation -Activate People Genius Results, to activate People Genius Results:
Search Application: ESC Portal Default Search Application
Model: Default AI Search Genius Results Model (English)
Steps completed:
Synced the required vocabulary sources
Trained and published the model with the required data
Activated the People Genius Result configuration
Added the Search Source – People - Users – and indexed the User table
Added the User Navigation tab
However, the Genius Result card does not appear or work as expected when I perform a search in the Employee Center Portal, as shown in the documentation for People Genius Results -People Genius Results.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a resolution?
