Personal Developer Instance (dev411009) is stuck Offline and returns 502 Bad Gateway

Hello ServiceNow Team,

My Personal Developer Instance (dev411009) is stuck in the Offline state.

Yesterday the instance was working normally. Today, when I opened the instance URL, I received a "502 Bad Gateway" error.

In the Developer Portal, I clicked Refresh. The status briefly changed to "Refreshing Instance" and then went back to "Offline."

Instance:
dev411009

Could you please check the instance and help restore it?

Thank you.

Hi @sudinisrichand  .

My instance went offline immediately.

I waited for half a day, but it never recovered.

Therefore, I requested a new PDI. According to the banner header on the Developer Site, PDIs are currently unavailable, suggesting that even if you join the waiting list, it will take a long time before one is assigned.

Hello @sudinisrichand ,

Since ServiceNow PDIs do not have dedicated support, if your instance is went to hibernation/offline then you can either wait for some time and see if the instance comes back online . However, if you request a new instance, all data from the previous instance will be lost.

Also, keep this in mind: always take regular backups of your work using Update Sets. This helps you recover your customizations and development work in situations like these.

If you request new pdi , nowdays there is waitlist issue so you must  refer this , it will help you to  :

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.

Aditya
