Personal Developer Instance lost

Hello All,

I have lost the Personal Developer Instance just yesterday, is there any option to restore the instance through support team, as 'Restore Instance' option is not available. As the PDI is lost just few hours back, is it possible to get it back through any customer care Email ID.

There is nothing which can be done. SN no longer monitors PDI issues.

Earlier we had Give feedback option, that too is disabled now.

For now release and request for new instance.

Going forward make sure you keep on taking backup in your local system, so anything like this happens won't cause imp config loss.

Hi Guys,

I have a personal instance that I'm using every 2-3 days. Last access was on friday but today, the vm is not reachable and nothing on my account. It's only asking me to build a new one. I'm really scared since I was working on a project and really needs to access to it.

The instance url is https://dev82349.service-now.com/

Anybody can help here ? I mean I have accessed to it just 3 days ago. Why it's lost ???

Hi @Sam18 ,

I am afraid there's no way you could get it back. From 15th Dec onwards, the functionality to restore PDI has been revoked and you are expected to take back up on your own for your PDI..

Very unfortunate but there is no way of getting the lost data back.
