Hello All,
I have lost the Personal Developer Instance just yesterday, is there any option to restore the instance through support team, as 'Restore Instance' option is not available. As the PDI is lost just few hours back, is it possible to get it back through any customer care Email ID.

There is nothing which can be done. SN no longer monitors PDI issues.
Earlier we had Give feedback option, that too is disabled now.
For now release and request for new instance.
Going forward make sure you keep on taking backup in your local system, so anything like this happens won't cause imp config loss.

Just got the confirmation from the support. Even if I accessed it last friday, the instance have been put back to the pool and probably used by another developper.
So in definitive here is what I can say :
- The PDI system is not reliable at all
- The 10 days etc ... is bull**bleep** and is not a trigger to consider if the instance will stay there
- Expect your instance to disappear from one day to another with no explanation
