Hello Team,
I requested a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) through the ServiceNow Developer Portal around 10 days ago. Since then, my request has remained on the waitlist with the message:
"You're waitlisted for an instance. You'll receive an email as soon as one is available."
I understand that PDIs are subject to availability, but I wanted to check whether this waiting period is normal or if there could be an issue with my account.
I need the instance to continue my ServiceNow learning, CSA preparation, and hands-on practice.
Could someone please help me with the following?
Is there any issue with my account or PDI request?
Is there anything I should do from my side?
Should I continue waiting, or would it be better to cancel the request and submit a new one?
Is there any estimated timeline for when a PDI might become available?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and support.

Talking about my preparation for the CSA exam mainly by practicing in a pdi and revisiting the basics like catalog items, CMDB, and Flow Designer. The hands‑on work made the concepts stick.
Try mixing labs with quick revision of weak areas instead of going too deep into one topic.
