Hi Guys,
I have a personal instance that I'm using every 2-3 days. Last access was on friday but today, the vm is not reachable and nothing on my account. It's only asking me to build a new one. I'm really scared since I was working on a project and really needs to access to it.
The instance url is https://dev82349.service-now.com/
Anybody can help here ? I mean I have accessed to it just 3 days ago. Why it's lost ???

I am in the same situation and my PDI just vanished. Super frustrating since I now have to join the waitlist before restoring and then being able to test.

My PDI today just vanished today.

Is there nay way to restore?
Now through that id , it is coming to request an instance.
