Planned Start date and Planned end date getting locked on Project form

Hello All,

I am facing the issue when I add Release (related list) to the Project form then, Planned start date and Planned end date on Project form are getting locked (read only). I have checked BR, UI policies, etc. but unable to find solution.

Please assist me for this issue...
